John E. Garber, Jr., MS, CSP, SPHR, is Vice President with The Addis Group, LLC, a leading risk management consulting and insurance brokerage firm based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. He has over 20 years of risk management, occupational safety & health and human resources experience as well as serving as an adjunct professor, author and speaker on a variety of risk management, human resources and safety management subjects. He has worked with middle market to large international organizations on improving risk analysis, risk control and risk mitigation strategies, policies, procedures and regulatory compliance with special emphasis on risk management, human resources and safety management.
